A local, weekend, Yoga retreat at Buffalo Gap

$525 per person includes lodging, 5 meals, all Yoga classes and group activities.

In this weekend workshop, we will take a deep dive into the concept of Prana and its 5 “winds” or “vayus” of Prana: Prana, Apana, Vyana, Samana, Udana. In understanding these movements of Prana within ourselves, we begin to better see our own connections to life force.
We will explore these movements of Prana through asana, pranayama, partner exercises and discussion in our exploration.
Some Yoga experience is helpful.

4:30-7pm - Opening Circle and Apana Practice
7:30-8:30pm - Dinner

Sat 4/25
7:30-8:30am - Breakfast
9-11:30am - Prana and Vyana Practice
12-1pm - Lunch
1-2:30pm - Optional Wood-Fired Sauna or Rest
3-5:30pm - Samana Practice
6-7pm - Dinner
7:30-9pm - Sound Bath or Community Building Activity
