How To Register for Classes

  • Go to our Schedule and click BUY NOW for the FIRST class you wish to take.

  • The software will guide you through the process of signing in or creating an account.

  • Once you have an account you can keep registering this way or use the WellnessLiving Achieve App which you can get from your favorite App Store.

Cancellation Policies

  • FOR CLASSES

    • Please try your best to register ahead for classes.

    • Cancellations made within 3 hours of your scheduled class will be marked Late Cancel and students will be charged for the class.

    • We will occasionally cancel classes when they don’t have 3 students registered ahead of time. We will make every effort to contact students who are registered for the class.

    • Students who registered but who do not show up for class will be marked as No Show and will be charged for the class.

  • FOR WORKSHOPS - Different workshops have different policies with regard to cancellation however:

    • most workshops require a minimum number of students to register ahead of time in order for them to happen.

    • We cannot refund last minute cancellations for Workshops. Cancellation time is typically 48 hours prior, but please refer to confirmation email for individual workshops.

Studio Policies

  • Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early, especially if this is your first visit.

  • Make sure your teacher is made aware of all physical and health restrictions in advance of class. It is your responsibility to take the best possible care of your body in your yoga practice. 

  • We ask that you don’t come late, but we also understand if you must come into class late. Please enter respectfully and as unobtrusively as possible.

  • Please maintain mindfulness after class when you put props, mats and blankets away.

  • Please silence all cell phones before entering class.

  • Please be mindful of other students’ sensitivities and make every effort to come to class free of heavy perfumes and smoke.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you full range of movement.

COVID Policy

  • If you are under the weather, please stay home. We have Zoom options for almost every class.

  • If you were sick with Covid, please wait to return until a home test is negative (a home test will suffice).

  • Masking is optional at this time.

Snow Policy

  • In the event of inclement weather or school delays, please check the website home page. All effort will be made to post information regarding classes 1-2 hours before the start of class. You may also call the studio at 240-425-2039. If no cancellations are mentioned, classes will be held as scheduled.
